Upon scheduling a free inspection, we provided them with a comprehensive plan to solve their wet basement issues permanently. During the assessment, it was discovered water was leaking into the basement through the wall/floor joint. The high humidity and moisture level in the basement caused condensation to build up on the concrete block walls. This weakened the paint and caused it to bubble.
