Once the field inspector went downstairs he quickly saw the issue at hand along with another crack that the homeowner had not seen. He was also very aware of what he had to do to fix this issue. Upon the completion of his plan he went and respoke to the homeowner to let her know that the proper fix for a issue like this a Internal French Drain system that was going to be 136 foot in total, along with 2 cleanouts.
