Concrete repairs in Richmond
Challenge
Jim and Linda called Keystone Basement Systems due to the fact that they had some concrete sinking in their driveway and heard that Keystone does poly lifting and they advertise it on the radio where Jim and Linda heard about them. Keystone knew that they had just the field inspector for that and so they scheduled Timothy Babyok right away to go out to the house and meet with them. The field inspector met with both homeowners before going out to the driveway to see the issue at hand. The field inspector then came up with a fantastic plan to lift the driveway via poly fill. The fill is drilled down threw the driveway and then injected into the hole until the concrete is lifted into place. The field inspector got the agreement that this needed to be done from the homeowner and so he returned to the office and put it on the schedule for installation.
Solution
Upon the day of installation, The foreman and his crew went out to the appointment and quickly got to work lifting the concrete. They then sealed the concrete driveway and made sure they had everything cleaned up before leaving.
