Custom Structural Supports in New Castle
Challenge
Treena and Vincent Huerta had called into Keystone Basement Systems after finding us on Google Business because they had some concerns with their floors slopping and the windows and doors not wanting to open and close right. Keystones expert field inspector, Jeff Martello, knew exactly what the problem was upon sitting down with them to talk about the problem and then evaluating their basement. Jeff also noticed the smell of must and some signs of moisture that had been seeping into the house while doing his inspection. Jeff jumped right into action with his expertise knowledge of all things Basementy and came up with a custom project that fit the needs of this family home to get it safe and sound and more importantly dry again.
Solution
Jeff came up with a custom plan by using two custom support apparatus, super standing support, and customized footing. Keystone sent foreman Juan Pantojas and crew out to install these items. Upon completion of this job the homeowners noticed the windows and doors were opening and closing the right way again and they were ecstatic about it.
