Custom support apparatus
Challenge
Tiny and Cody had called into Keystone Basement Systems after seeing our add on kdka. They had some structural damage that needed to be taken care of, their floors were sagging and the door wouldn't shut properly. Keystone sent out one of their top field inspectors, Brian McWhirter, to meet with them and go over the issue before inspecting the problem area for himself. Brian performed a in-depth inspection of the area and came up with a fantastic plan of action. The plan involved installing 2 support posts with custom made footer apparatuses. After explaining everything to the homeowners he then returned to the office where he scheduled them out for installation.
Solution
The foreman and his crew showed up at Tina and Cody's house on time and ready to work. The foreman introduced himself as well as his crew before letting the crew unload the tools, while he sat down with Tina and Cody to explain what was going to be happening. The foreman made sure to answer all of their questions and meet all of their needs and concerns they had about the project. The foreman and crew then went onto install the 2 support posts and the custom made footer apparatuses and cleaned up any mess that there was. The foreman then went on to show the homeowners around the basement and explained how the posts worked and what to expect. Tina and Cody were beyond happy with the results of this project.
