The home was in need of a waterproofing system and wall membrane.

The driveway had a slight pitch into the garage of the rectory. A new drain was installed to protect the building.
Kelly Blackburn inspected the home to determine the cause of a musty odor and cold floors. During the visit, he immediately noticed that the crawlspace was not encapsulated and thus prone to odors and poor temperature control. He designed the required crawlspace encapsulation scope of work and foreman Austin Stone installed the work. The customer was very pleased and wrote a kind review.
Will Meszar and Ken Kahlbaugh extended a discharge line for a waterproofing system to ensure the water was transported to an appropriate location. The line was run to the street and the curb was cut to allow the water to run onto the gutter.
