The garage rear wall was subsiding and marching down his as erosion compromised the structure in that area. CarbonArmor was used in a novel way to constrain the rear wall by integrating to the sidewalls.

The foundation wall was leaking badly so internal and external waterproofing was added.

A vented crawl space does more harm than good when the air outside is humid, damp or freezing cold. The open vent allows that air to enter the crawl space causing moisture, structural, and pest problems! As part of this customers crawl space repair, we installed CleanSpace Crawl Space Vent Covers to create an airtight seal from outside elements from getting inside the crawl space.

The front sidewalk, leading to the front porch of this home, had sunk and was unsightly and a tripping hazard. The homeowner didn’t want to replace the concrete because overall it was in good shape.
