In the before photo, notice the clear issue in this Beaver Falls, PA garage: concrete slabs separating, a common worry for homeowners that can lead to more serious structural problems. Understanding the need for a steadfast solution, our team swung into action, implementing PolyLevel and NexusPro to address and resolve the separation. The after photo showcases the remarkable transformation, leaving the once problematic area smooth, even, and undeniably safe. We're proud to deliver not just a fix, but a long-term peace of mind.
Stephanie saw our add on KDKA and knew she needed to call. She reached out due to some humidity in het basement that was causing a foul odor of mildew. Keystone Basement Systems sent out their field inspector who suggested she have a Sedona Dehumidifier installed.
The house had structural damage to the front of it. Keystone Basement Systems used 8 CarbonArmor straps to insure the safety of this home.
A result of soil expansion, this customer's foundation wall was unable to support the pressure, leading to cracking and bowing. In order to permanently stabilize and secure the wall, the CarbonArmor System was the most effective and ideal solution. In this system, fiber-reinforced straps are cured with high-strength epoxy to permanently adhere to the foundation wall, and braced at floor joists with steel brackets. The straps are 10x stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour against the wall itself.
The CarbonArmor system permanently stabilizes your home’s foundation walls. CarbonArmor uses fiber-reinforced polymers (FRPs) which are 10-times stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour tightly against your basement wall. The ArmorLock brackets bind and secure the CarbonArmor straps to your floor joists making the CarbonArmor solution fast, non-invasive, and ideal for quickly stabilizing bowing and leaning walls. In this picture a sill plate was rotted and larger anchors were needed to bite into good wood. This was done for free for the client as part of the transferable warranty.
Proper CarbonArmor installation requires certification and continuing education. Keystone Basement Systems belongs to the Supportworks network which provides this training and certification to ensure the public that only the best installation practices are being followed.
