Keystone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

The home received a new foundation wall as the old stone wall was collapsing in on itself. 

This rocky basement wall was permanently sealed with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System in order to prevent moisture and humidity from passing through. 

The home had a wet basement that was solved using a TripleSafe Pump.

The basement had an old locust post made of wood that failed. The owner put up a a temporary support post but it did not effectively carry the weight above. Keystone installed a new SmartJacks with supplemental beam to carry the weight of the two wooden joists above.

The home had a bowing wall that was repaired permanently with PowerBrace.
