To prevent water from flowing into the basement, we installed our TrenchDrain system at the bottom of the basement door. The TrenchDrain system is made of a heavy-duty material grate with a watertight seal. It is designed to capture any water that enters the basement and direct it to the sump pump. This helps to prevent any water damage to the basement.

The floor of the home was sagging and required supplemental reinforcement to lift and level the floor profile. Additionally, the floors are under warranty to never sag again.

We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with a Battery Backup to ensure this homeowner's basement permanently remain dry.
