The home has a stone foundation that was severely distressed from age related water damage that was neglected for many decades. Actually, for at least a generation according to the home owner. The gutters and downspouts were in disrepair, which caused the water to accumulate against the foundation and caused a lot of wear and tear. Once the house passed hands the new owner wanted to fix the issue. The structural and water damage were tremendous, but this is exactly where EverBrace excels.
