Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

To keep this customers basement dry all the time, we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with our high-performance TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

Before encountering us, this Hookstown, PA homeowner faced daunting water issues in their basement, a common but stressful problem. As you can see in the 'before' photo, the space was far from usable or safe, plagued by persistent moisture and water damage. The driveway had a slight pitch into the garage of the rectory. A new drain was installed to protect the building. 

Will Meszar and Ken Kahlbaugh extended a discharge line for a waterproofing system to ensure the water was transported to an appropriate location.  The line was run to the street and the curb was cut to allow the water to run onto the gutter.
