Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Before tackling this Cadogan, PA basement, relentless water intrusion was a persistent issue, leading the homeowner straight to our doorstep. As you can see in the 'Before' photo, the ineffective draining was no match for the challenge at hand. However, after the installation of our robust WaterGuard system, complemented by a strategically placed Discharge/Downspout Line and a LawnScape Outlet, the transformation astounds. Notice in the 'After' photo how we've turned what was a concern into a solution, fully catering to our mission of providing an enduring and exceptional service experience.

In this application we installed CleanSpace wall membrane to divert water into a below floor system. We then rough cast the walls to match the basement aesthetic.

Our BrightWall Paneling System is a 100% waterproof and washable. The system is a rigid plastic sheeting that's attached to the basement walls with drilled-in plastic fasteners and block out water vapor and humidity from passing through the walls and into the basement. 

Inspector Nick Hensley diagnosed the leak at the clients home and Foreman Juan Pantojas and Co-Foreman Scott Booth installed the needed repairs.  Now the homeowner can use their basement as they did before.

To keep this basement dry all the time, we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump system for the ultimate protection against a wet basement.
