We filled the joint in this customer's concrete using The NexusPro Solution. The NexusPro silicone sealant is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to withstand harsh weather conditions. Sealing the joint makes sure water can't seep through the cracks and weeds can't grow between them!
This concrete pad sunk which was a problem at this home for the elderly. In addition to being a trip hazard, the slab was preventing wheel chairs from easily going past, which caused a problem for many. Perhaps most important is the fact that this facility needed to be ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant and the sunken slab was in violation of that mandate.
The concrete pad was lifted and leveled with ease. The whole project took only a few hours. We estimate that by leveling the pad, rather than replacing it, it saved 75% in costs
