This home had a non-incapsulated crawlspace. This lead to moisture rot in the joists and replacement was necessary.

The home was in need of a waterproofing system and wall membrane.

Kelly Blackburn inspected the home to determine the cause of a musty odor and cold floors.  During the visit, he immediately noticed that the crawlspace was not encapsulated and thus prone to odors and poor temperature control.  He designed the required crawlspace encapsulation scope of work and foreman Austin Stone installed the work.  The customer was very pleased and wrote a kind review.
