In this basement, SmartJack Support Posts were installed on durable, stable, and permanent bases to lift, level, and stabilize the floor.

Our crew removed the rusty support beams in the basement and replaced them with our SmartJack Support System. The SmartJack Support System is designed to support the weight of the house and is adjustable to fit any structural need. It is made from galvanized steel and is resistant to corrosion and water damage. 

Throughout this crawl space, SilverGlo insulation board was installed on the walls and our CleanSpace vapor barrier was fastened around the piers and to the floor. The vapor barrier acts as a barrier to keep moisture from entering the crawl space. Additionally, it helps to keep the area dry and free from mold and other moisture related damage. The insulation board also helps to keep the temperature of the crawl space regulated.
