The client had a crawlspace which was not encapsulated.  This is a very big problem and can lead to a host of negative outcomes.  The plan was a proper crawlspace encapsulation.

The project was large.  A typical crawlspace encapsulation takes one day, but this one took 3 to complete.  That said, once it was complete, it was marvelous.  Not only does it look clean, but it is well insulate and protects against mold, moisture, water and odor.

This basement's high moisture content rusted the metal support beam. As a result of the corrosion, the beam was weakened and the floors above were not supported adequately.
