Having moisture issues in their basement, this homeowner was looking for a permanent solution. To keep this basement dry, we installed our WaterGuard interior drainage system! 

The IceGuard System is a patented fitting that attaches to the top of your discharge pipe on the outside of your home. Grated openings are in place along the outer facing of the pipe, allowing water a second way out in the event of a the discharge pipe clogging with ice or debris.

We installed four SmartJack Support Posts with concrete footers to level and permanently stabilize this customer's sagging floor. (1 of the 4 posts is not in the photo).
