Keystone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Before, the homeowner in Coraopolis, PA faced a common yet distressing problem—water damage in their basement. This not only posed a risk to their property but also to their health. After we stepped in, transformation ensued. The deck posts had rotted and needed replaced. Concrete sonotubes were used so that the base of the posts would no longer rot. Additionally, the concrete sonotubes where recessed deep in the ground to abate future movement from freeze / thaw.

In this home the front porch pad was starting to decay and required additional reinforcement. The spalling was moderate and it was decided to add EverBrace to assist with the structural reinforcement and to support the underbelly of the concrete pad.

To seal this customers leaky basement wall, we permanently installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System. This will prevent water from leaking through the basement wall and into the space but allowing the water to drain down the back side of the barrier and into the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. 

A failing foundation wall was permanently stabilized with the EverBrace Wall Restoration System. The corrosion-resistant steel panels will protect this wall from future damage and give the homeowner peace of mind that their foundation is safe and secure.
