Faced with a damp challenge in Carnegie, PA, our team turned a moisture-ridden basement into a dry, welcoming space – a transformation you can clearly see in these photos. The problem was obvious; standing water and a musty air that took over the basement. Armed with WaterGuard to channel water away, our TripleSafe Sump Pump to eject it efficiently, and CleanSpace to seal and protect, we ensured a safe, dry foundation for years to come. By sealing the open vents and cracks, insulating the crawl space walls, installing CleanSpace Vapor Barrier throughout the floor, and installing a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, our crew encapsulated the crawl space. 

We used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to permanently stabilize this customer's foundation walls. The band at the bottom of the picture is a substandard waterproofing system membrane. Even though it is substandard, we still expertly integrated our wall repair around the system.

Faced with unstable walls and sagging floors, this Baden, PA homeowner reached out to us for help. Notice in the photo how deeply the instability affected their foundation.
