This basement's high moisture content rusted the metal support beam. As a result of the corrosion, the beam was weakened and the floors above were not supported adequately. Our permanent solution to this problem was to remove the beam and replace it with our corrosion resistant SmartJack Support Post System.

To ensure a dry basement, the TrenchDrain Surface Drainage System was installed to capture water entering the basement door and drain it to the sump pump system. 

Due to high moisture levels in the basement, SmartJack Support Posts were installed to replace failing, rusting jacks. 

This client had a front porch pad that sunk 3-inches and they to lift and level the existing concrete to save money and time while maintaining the same concrete shade.  Daniel and Domenic did an excellent job.  Even the dog was impressed!
